In 1991, PTIA members formed a marketing group known as Perkasie Olde Towne. Its first marketing promotion held Perkasie Olde Towne Day. Later, Christmas holiday promotional festivities and a summer car show were added. These three promotions continue to be popular events anticipated every year to this day.

In 1999, PTIA and Perkasie Olde Towne group came together to form one group, the Perkasie Olde Towne Association, dedicated to town improvements and economic development. In 1999 a Community and Economic Development Director was hired. In 2000 Perkasie was approved as a Main Street Program Community. Perkasie is a delightful town in Bucks County, PA located 30 miles north of Philadelphia, midway between Philadelphia and Allentown.  Perkasie is known for its wonderful park system, including Menlo Park with its historic carousel, and beautiful Lenape Park running along both sides of the East Branch of Perkiomen Creek. The Pennridge Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization of the business community. The Chamber is not a civic club, charitable organization, or department of city government. The Chamber is a private, not-for-profit corporation. It unites hundreds of business and professional firms, thus creating a unique central agency working to improve business and build a better community. Over 90 percent of the membership is composed of small businesses interested in prospering and creating a healthy environment in which to conduct business.
